Local orders above $50 – free delivery
Local orders below $50 – shipping cost of $6 is applied

We strive to process your orders within a day or two working days from the date the order is placed, depending on the order time. Our working days are from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be shipped out at the earliest next working day.

You may expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days, unless the item is out of stock and pending delivery from our factory in Jordan. In such cases, you may expect the items to arrive within two weeks.

Please ensure you provide us with a complete address and contact details when you place your order to avoid delivery interruptions or delays.

Returns Policy

At Diaa-Jo Pte Ltd, the company managing, we endeavor to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service, you may opt for a merchandise return or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges) with your original receipt within 7 days from the date of receipt.

If you bought a product as part of a collection, the entire collection must be returned to receive the exchange. If the value of the exchanged item is lower or of the same value, there will be no refund given. If the value is higher, we will charge the difference.

We apologize that products samples and gifts are not eligible for exchange:

b. If you are returning the product because we made an error and delivered the wrong products, please call us at (+65) 98201087 or email us at We will schedule a courier pickup and cover the shipping costs.

c. All return packages must be shipped using a service that is able to track packages. You will be able to use the service provider’s online tracking system to find out if we have received the package. Please ship your package prepaid (except for error on our part).

Please allow time for us to receive and process your return. Your replacement items may be sent to you within 30 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. We will contact you via email upon receipt of the returned product(s).


  • We do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders.
  • For returned or exchanged orders, the shipping cost would be on the purchaser’s expense (except for error on our part in delivering the wrong products).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • Diaa-Jo Pte Ltd cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
  • Please note that is not able to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than us.
  • For orders using promotion or discount codes, please place your replacement order as soon as you can because the promotional code may have expired by the time your return is processed.
